Account & data deletion

You can permanently delete your Trails account and its associated personal data from Account settings. Sign in with the account you want to delete, then choose Delete account.

Need help accessing your account?

Contact hello@lavs.info from your account email to request deletion. Include your username if you know it. We verify account ownership before processing a request.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile, private visits and notes, saved items, drafts and authored Trails are removed. Your personal records do not become public. Shared place records used by other people may remain, without your personal progress.

Limited records may be retained where required for legal, fraud prevention or security obligations. Read our privacy policy for more information.
