Contact hello@lavs.info for help with Trails on the web, Android or iPhone. Include your device, app version and a description of the problem. Never send your password.

Your account, everywhere

Use the same sign-in account on each device to find your saved Trails, visits and Passport. Personal visit notes and progress stay private. You choose whether your own Trails are draft, private or public.

Downloaded Trails

Download a Trail while connected to keep its text and your progress available offline. Photos, live maps, place search and directions need a connection. Pending visits sync when you reconnect; review any sync conflicts in your Library.

Report a problem

Read the community guidelines before sharing Trails, photos or profile content.

Use Report on a Trail or profile to flag inaccurate, unsafe or inappropriate content. You can also block a profile. For urgent safety issues, contact the appropriate local service.

Privacy and account deletion

Read the privacy policy or follow the account and data deletion instructions. Account deletion is also available in Settings.
