Matthews: history, a creative session and theatre
Plan a Thursday, Friday or Saturday around the Heritage Museum and a booked creative session or gallery opening at McDowell Arts Center, followed by a Matthews Playhouse performance. These are nearby but their schedules must align: confirm the arts center's access and buy theatre tickets before setting out. Allow an afternoon and evening.
